This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply bubbles filter to the pictures and share via bluetooth. This is the picture in a bubble room. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the bubble filter. The Bubble filter is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
