This program is a file explorer that allows you to apply bubble filter to pictures and share via MMS. This looks llike the picture is from a bubble room. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the bubble filter. NOTE: Since MMS does not support BMP image the picture is converted to JPEG format. The Bubble filter was was created in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
