This program is a a camera app that allows apply cartoon filte to the the pictures and export to JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF or BMP image file format. This appears as the picture was taken from cartoon. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the cartoon filter effect. The Cartoon filter was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
