This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to create 'Cartoon' images from pictures and share via Gmail email. This appears as the image was from a frame of a cartoon. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the cartoon effect and create a new bitmap. The Cartoon filter was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
