This program is a file explorer that allows you to apply Cartoon filter to pictures and share via MMS. This looks llike the picture is from a frame of a cartoon. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the cartoon filter. The Cartoon filter was was created in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
