This program allows to to select a BMP image file and compresses/encrypts the bitmap Custom CBMP (Compressed BMP) format using LZ77 + bit-packing into a compact bmpc file and displays the orignainal bitmap. Simply press the button to select the bitmap to compress and enter the name for the new bitmap. The new bitmap is not viewable without the PocketPC BMPCOMPRESSDecompress(c) app. The Bitmap compresssion and decompression was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
