This program allows you to compresss a bitmap image and sends it via MMS. Simpy select the bitmap image and the program will compress/encrypt it and create a MMS template. The user can use the PocketPC BMPCOMPRESSViewer(c) to view the compressed message. The Compression/Decompression was written in C++ using Micrososft CoPilot.
