This program is a viewer for the using LZ77 + bit-packing .bmcp compressed bitmaps from the CeBeans BMPCOMPRESS apps. The program has a built in file explorer and when yoi tap on the image file the program decompresses it and displasuy in the HTML viewer. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate an compresses image and tap on it to decompress and display in the picture viewer. The Compression/Decompression was written in C++ using Micrososft CoPilot.
