This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply contrast filte to the images and share the bitmap via email template. This looks like the picture was taken from a contrast imager. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the contrast filter. The Contrast filter C++ is written using Microsoft CoPilot.
