This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to create 'Hat' images from pictures and share via SMTP email. This appears as the picture was taken of a person with hat camera. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the Hat effect. The Hat facial recognition image filter is was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
