This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply hat filter to the images and share the image bitmap via email template. This looks like the picture was taken from a Hat person cutout. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the Hat filter. The Hat facial recognition filter C++ is written using Microsoft CoPilot.
