This program is a image file explorer that allows you to create hat images from pictures and export to PNG, JPEG, TIFF, GIF or BMP image file format. This converts the image into a a perosn wearning a hat Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the hat filter. The Hat facial recognition image filter C++ is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
