This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to create 'Outline' images from pictures and share via Gmail email. This appears as the image was from a outline. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the outline effect and create a new bitmap. The Outline filter was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
