This program is a camera app that allows apply stretch/skew the pictures and export to JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF or BMP image file format. This allows you to customize the pixel height and width of the images. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the resizer filter effect. The Resizer filter was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
