This program resizes pictures from your PocketPC camera (reduce / Enlarge). Tap the 'picture' button to take a picture of the person or item. Tap on the camera image file to view it in the editor. When done select 'Save BMP' from the toolbar to export the bitmap image file. The Resizer Enlarge/Reduce C++ Filter is from Microsoft CoPilot.
