This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to resize images from pictures and share via Gmail email. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the enlarge/reduce effect and create a new bitmap. The Resizer filter was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
