This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to adjust the height/wiodth of hte image and share via Pocket Outlook email. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the Resizer and create a new bitmap. The Resizer Enlarge/Reduce effect is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
