This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to resized images from pictures and share via SMTP email. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will allows you to adjust the height/width. The Resizer Reduce/Enlarge image filter was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
