This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to stretch and skew pictures and share via bluetooth. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will allows you to resize it. The Resizer Enlarge/Reduct filter is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
