This program is a file explorer that allows you to Resize (enlarge/Reduce) pictures and share via MMS. This allows custom picture heigth and width. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will allows you to adjust the height and width. NOTE: Since MMS does not support BMP image the picture is converted to JPEG format. The Resizer Enlarge/Reduce filter was was created in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
