This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply smoke filter to the pictures and share via bluetooth. This is the picture in a smoke filled room. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the smoke filter. The Smoke filter is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
