This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply star filter to the pictures and share via Pocket Outlook email. This looks like the picture was taken from a star filled room. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the star effect and create a new bitmap. The Star effect is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
