This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply star filter to the images and share the star bitmap via email template. This looks like the picture was taken from a star filled room. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the star filter. The Star filter C++ is written using Microsoft CoPilot.
