This program is a image file explorer that allows you to create star images from pictures and export to PNG, JPEG, TIFF, GIF or BMP image file format. This converts the image into a star filled room Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the star filter. The Star image filter C++ is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
