This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply star filter to the pictures and share via bluetooth. This is the picture in a star filled room. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the star filter. The star filter is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
