This program is a file explorer that allows you to apply star filter to pictures and share via MMS. This looks llike the picture is from a star filled room. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the star filter. NOTE: Since MMS does not support BMP image the picture is converted to JPEG format. The Star filter was was created in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
