This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply sunglasses filter to the pictures and share via Pocket Outlook email. This looks like the picture was taken from a sunglasses person. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the sun glasses effect and create a new bitmap. The sunglasses effect is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
