This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply tile filter to the pictures and share via Pocket Outlook email. This looks like the picture was taken from a tile cutout. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the cutout effect and create a new bitmap. The tile effect is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
