This program compresses and encrypts text and then sends the file via Pocket OutLook. Simply enter or paste the text into the text box and tap the button to send via Pocket OutLook. The other user can use the PocketPC TEXTCOMAPCTORDecoder(c) to view the text. The compression and decompression was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
