This program is date/time stamp folder based voice recorder that records in high quality WAV 44Kbs (88K/Sec.) and allows you to convert the final wave file to the ultra compact AAC-Plus audio format (16 Kbps). Select a folder and 'New' from the toolbar to start the recorder. You can also play the AAC-Plus files by simply tapping on it. The AAC-Plus codec is from 'The 3GPP instrumenting tool' (c)2010 Tipok
