This is a AAC-Plus voice recorder with a built in DirectX player. Select the folder to store your recordings and select 'Record' from the toolbar. The program will record your voice and when you tap the 'Stop' button convert the wave file to an AAC-Plus 16Kbs audio file. When you tap on a AAC file the program will play it in the built in Direct X player. The AAC-Plus codec is from 'The 3GPP instrumenting tool' (c)2010 Tipok
