This program allows you to compose a compact audio message (to save on data charges) and sends via SMTP email attachment. The program compacts the audio recording into the ultra compact AAD (Ayashi Adaptive Differential) codec Audio Encoder. You can play these compact files via the PocketPC AADPlayer(c) app. The C++ libs source code is from 'Ayashi Adaptive Differential pulse code modulation encoder / decoder'.
