This program is a compressed AC3 32kbs audio voice recorder that sends the audio via email using your Gmail account. You can set the email address to send the voice reports to. The program records in wav and when you stop recording compresses to AC3 32kbs audio file format for lower data usage. The Gmail service is provided by www.Google.com. The AC3 codec is from 'Aften: A/52 audio encoder (c) 2006 Justin Ruggles 'jruggle@eathlink.net'
