This program is a voice activated WAV voice recorder that has a built in converter to AC3 audio codec. Select 'Start/Stop' from the toolbar and use the slider to adjust the sound trigger level to your current room settings. When the sound in the room is above the slider level then the program will start the recorder. The recorder stops once the sound level is back to pre-trigger levels. You can also customize the actuation settings. To convert a wav to AC3 tap on it. NOTE: You need TCPMP or CorePlayer to play these AC3 compressed files.
