This program converts a folder AMR audio files into a wav audio files and a folder of WAV files into an AMR files. Use the built in file explorer to locate a folder of audio files. Select 'Convert' from the toolbar to convert the current folder. To play a AMR file tap on it. The AMR encoding/decoding is '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
