This utility allows you to decompress a folder of AMR-WB audio files into a WAV audio files. Use the folder based interface to select a folder with AMR-WB files and select 'Convert All' from the toolbar to convert ALL of the files in the folder to WAV audio file format. The AMR WB and decoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
