This utility allows you to decompress a AMR-WB file into a WAV audio file. Use the folder based interface to select an AMR-WB file and enter the name for the wave file. The program will decompress the audio to a standard WAV audio file. The AMR WB decoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
