This program is a high quality file named based voice recorder that records in 16Khz wave and allows you to convert the final wave file to the compressed AMR-WB (Wide Band) 16Khz format and decompress them in the built in player. You can play these ultra-compact AMR WB files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Use the folder based interface to select a folder to store your recordings. The AMR WB encoder and decoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
