This program converts your PocketPC camera into a AVI video frame scanner. You can customize the video frame and interleave. Select a folder to store your JPEG images and when done adding pictures select 'Compile AVI' from the toolbar. The AVI encoder is from 'EasyBMPtoAVI by Paul Macklin'
