This program allows you edit and compile 240x268 AVI video drawings (one picture video file) for import into a movie composer. You can manage your drawings in a folder based interface and select 'Export AVI' from the toolbar to export to AVI. The program allows you to set the framerate. The AVI encoder is from 'EasyBMPtoAVI by Paul Macklin'
