This program allows to to decrypt an encrypted BMP image file that was encrypted with a 'BMPENCRYPT' app and converts it into a viewable bitmap. Simply press the button to select the bitmap to decrypt and enter the name for the new bitmap. The program decrypts the image file and places it in the selected folder.
