This program is a file explorer that allows you to create a highlight image of a bitmap with a built in editor and export to JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG and BMP format. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the sliders to adjust the picture crop. When done select 'Save BMP' from the toolbar to export the bitmap image file and view in your image viewer. The bitmap libs are from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
