This program allows you to create and edit 240x268 - 256 colour drawings and saves them in the compressed BMP LOH image format. Simply draw the image and select 'Save' from the toolbar to save the image. The program uses LOH compression/decompression on the BMP images to save storage space. The bitmap bit conversion C++ source is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin. The C++ libs are from 'LOH (LOokback + Huffman) - Single-header compression/decompression library.'
