This program converts a folder LOH compressed bitmaps into BMP files or BMP files into LOH compressed bitmaps. Use the built in file explorer to locate the BMP file with LOH compression and tap on it to view in the viewer. The C++ libs are from 'LOH (LOokback + Huffman) - Single-header compression/decompression library.'
