This program allows you to create resize a bitmap (1-500%) with a built in editor and share the image via your Gmail account. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the sliders to adjust the scale of the picture. When done select 'Send Email' from the toolbar to share the scaled bitmap image via your gmail server. The bitmap libs is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
