This program allows you to create a scaled image of a bitmap with a built in editor and share the rotated image via Pocket OutLook. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the slider to adjust the scale of the picture. When done select 'Send Email' from the toolbar to share the scaled image via Pocket OutLook. The bitmap libs is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
