This program allows you to use your camera to compose images of a pictures with a built in RGB effect and convert the image to a BMP, JPEG, GIF, TIFF or PNG file. Tap the 'picture' button to take a picture of an object. Tap on the camera image file to view it in the editor. Use the slider to lower/increase the RGB light levels of the picture. When done select 'Save BMP' from the toolbar to export the bitmap image file. The bitmap libs are from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin.
