This program allows you to create and edit 240x268 - 256 colour drawings and share them via email in the compressed BMP-RLE image format (To save on data charges). Simply draw the image and select 'Send Email' from the toolbar to send the image as an email attachment. The program uses BMP-RLE compression/decompression on the BMP images to save on data charges and storage space. The bitmap bit conversion C++ source is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
