This program allows you to create a rotated image of a bitmap with a built in editor and share the new image file via Bluetooth. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the sliders to adjust the angle of the picture. When done select 'Send Bluetooth' from the toolbar to send the new image via Bluetooth. The rotate effect filter is from the open source C++ BitmapEX project.
