This program allows you to use your camera to compose images of a pictures with a built in snow effect and convert the image to a BMP, JPEG, GIF, TIFF or PNG file. Tap the 'picture' button to take a picture of an object. Tap on the camera image file to view it in the editor. Use the slider to adjust the snow of the picture. When done select 'Save BMP' from the toolbar to export the bitmap image file. The bitmap libs are from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin. The snow effect is from 'CS 225 - Fall 2007 - MP1 Part 4' Written by John Dietrick
